Luis Castro
1968 He learns Native dances and Theater.
1976 He reaches degree on Argentine Native dances.
1978 Works as professional dancer in the ‘Ballet Salta’.
He starts studing Classical Dances.
1979 He joins the ‘Ballet de Tango y Folklore’ de Mario Machaco and Norma Re.
1981 He enters the ‘Ballet Oficial de Cordoba’ (ballet) by means of competitive exam.
1983 He starts teaching Tango Argentino. Norma Viola selects him for dancing in the Ballet of Santiago Ayala "El Chucaro" and Norma Viola.
1988 He improves himself with the very important teacher Antonio Todaro.
Carries out a show entitled ‘El Tango nos Trae su Historia’.
He debuts as choreographer in the TV program "Grandes Valores del Tango,"canal 9" Buenos Aires Argentina.
He was chosen by Juan Carlos Copes for the ‘Tango-Tango’ Show.
He takes part in italian show about tango dedicated to Caldarella y Scarpino, “Canaro en Paris” tango authors.
1989 He wins the ‘Primera Bienal de Arte Joven’ in Buenos Aires Argentina with his show ‘Crecer en 2x4’.
Rodolfo Dinzel invites him join his investigations about the origins, structures and evolutions of Tango Argentino.

Claudia Mendoza
1974 She starts learning Folkloricas Argentine Dances
1983 She enters the National School of Classical and Modern Dances.
1989 She debuts in the ‘Malon Blallet’ of Antonio Ferreira.
She studies Graham tecnic
Claudia learns Tango with Rodolfo Dinzel.
1990 Start dancing with Luis Castro then only her teacher, her partner nowadays.
1997 She improves it at Martha Graham school in New York.

CLAUDIA MENDOZA and LUIS CASTRO are Folkloristic Argentine Dancing Teachers
From 1985 to 1987, LUIS CASTRO taught in Buenos Aires, Argentine, at the TIGER PUBBLIC SCHOOL
From 1990, they taught in a Buenos Aires and, since then, they hav been teaching in the most important dancing school all over the world
In 1992, they taught in Copenhagen, Danmark, at the Tango KANONHALLEN School
From 1996 to1997, they had courses, classes and stages in:
NEW YORK, Usa, at the PAUL PELICORO DANCE CENTER SCHOOL
TORONTO, Canada, at the TANGO SCHOOL
In 1997 they taught in Boston, Usa, at the HARVARD UNIVERSITY
In 1998 and 1999 they taught in San Francisco, Usa, at the PUBBLIC SCHOOL MISSION DANCE CENTER
In 2002 they had courses, workshops and stages at the VILLA FONTAINE HOTEL in TOKIO, Japan; at the NORA'S TANGO WEEK, San Francisco, Usa; at the DANCE and FITNESS DIVISION in SAN MATEO, Usa; at the TANGO BY THE RIVER in SACRAMENTO, Usa; at the CENTRO CULTURAL- JORGE LUIS BORGES in Buenos Aires, Argentine.
In 2003, they taught in:

They published " VIVIR ABRAZADOS " TRE SAGGI SUL TANGO, with Greco Editor
In 2005 had classes, workshops, stages and exhibitions at Tango Associations and Festivals in Catany, Milan, Venice, Padua, Bergamo, Palerm, Reggio Emilia, Florence.
They had new Starting Classes and Forward Classes at the Vertical Fit Gym in Milan, following their personal Teaching Study Program with Castro y Mendoza Method
They registred “Castro y Mendoza Teaching Method” for teaching Argentine Tango and relative Study Program
In Dicember 2005, they were first stars and teachers at the “WORLD TANGO WEEK TOKYO 2005” in Japan
In 2006 they published also “Tango Argentino. Il ballo e la sua Struttura” teaching text book, editing by Letizia Pini in collaboration with the musician Gianluca Pozzi for the music section, under the Patronage of General Consolate of Argentine Republic in Milan, Italian version (next in English and in Spanish), referring to courses, and classes for Tango Argentine Castro y Mendoza Teaching Method.

In 2006 they have classes, workshops, exhibitions, private lessons and Presentation of the Referring Manual in Italy- Como, Teatro Sociale; Padova suona Jazz, Caffè Pedrocchi, Padova; Sandrà(VR), Teatro Martinelli; Catania, Festival di Tango 2006 di Caminito Tango; Serata di tango Argentino,Comune di Paullo, Milano; Palermo, Associazione Palermo Tango- and abroad.

In Semptember 2006 Academia Nacional de Tango designed Luis Castro Academic Member and Representative of the Academy in Italy
In 2006 the played their Video Clip "Vuelvo al Sur", coreography by Luis Castro y Claudia Mendoza, directed by Paolo Lipari.
